Group Therapy

Group Workshops prepare you with the skills to overcome anxiety or depression .

The group therapy workshops are limited to groups of (6) six to (8) eight clients to provide a warm, welcoming, and intimate setting. The workshops will incorporate different treatment approaches to ensure clients are gaining as much as possible during the six weeks.


It is a 6 week program run on every Tuesday: 9:45-10:45 AM

  • WEEK 1 Introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)/Mindfulness

  • WEEK 2- Learn the ABC of CBT/Mindfulness

  • WEEK 3- Cognitive Distortions/Thought Record, Mindfulness

  • WEEK 4- Applying the Design Approach for Change/Mindfulness

  • WEEK 5- Learning Coping Skills/ Mindfulness

  • WEEK 6- Conclusion and review of skills learned/ Mindfulness
